Delivery, Returns and Terms and Conditions
Delivery to the UK is free, I aim to post all items out within 2 working days. All parcels are posted via Royal Mail 2nd class recorded, smaller letter-size items such as cards and face masks are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.
If you have not received your item during your expected time frame, please notify me as soon as you can. Whilst there are still some delivery delays occurring at the moment, I can look into the delay as soon as I am made aware.
Sorry but currently I am only posting to the UK mainland.
I hope you will be happy with your item; however, please notify me as soon as possible if you are not. You have 30 days to return your items in their original condition, please notify me prior to sending your items back.
I do everything I can to package all items securely, however in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email me a photograph so I can either replace the item or refund you.
Please note, face masks, mystery hampers, lucky dips and personalised items are non-refundable.
If you do not like your item then return postage is your responsibility.
